Welcome
You have landed on Harmony,
introducing a way of life:
Ayurveda
Both a lifestyle & a medical system that has been practiced worldwide for more than 5000 years. Therefore it can be labeled as the oldest medicine known to man.
Ayus means "life" and Veda means "knowledge". Ayurveda is thus in the broadest sense of the word 'knowledge about life'.
Three types of energy play a major role in this:
- Vata (power of impulses)
- Pitta (power of fire)
- Kapha (power of structure)
Many changes can occur at Vata. If these are changes that have put you under stress, then this can bring fear with it. The structure of your life has disappeared. Provide rest and relaxation, such as calming breathing exercises.
At Pitta you can be very active. As a result, you can quickly experience stress. You can balance this form by, for example, a soothing walk and relaxation through meditation.
With Kapha you can become very withdrawn due to structure. Depression and weight gain can be a problem. Balance Kapha through exercise and eating less sugar.
Every person has elements of these 3 energy sources in them. It is important to keep these in balance. The moment a form of energy predominates, you can experience various complaints.
The use of music can ensure that body and mind remain in balance through vibrations. Ayurveda also stimulates the use of music.
Nutrition is also very important in this age-old health theory.
Eat at set times and make sure you drink enough. Lunch is emphasized in terms of quantity. Food and drink is preferably warm.
YOGA
In this state of liberation, all mental and philosophical constructs fall away. In essence, yogic philosophy is a necessary means to deepen one’s yoga practice and to reach enlightenment.
Meditate

Below are 3 examples of meditation exercises for beginners. Easy, fast and actually applicable everywhere.
1. Meditation on your breath (So Hum). Make use of the total Yoga breathing. With every inhale say 'So' to yourself and with every exhale say 'Hum'. Just focus on these words and don't get distracted by other thoughts.
2. Focus on a candle. Blink your eyes as little as possible. You will notice that your eyes may water a little. If you notice that the concentration is going well, you can close your eyes after observing the flame of the candle. Continue to hold the flame between your eyes (the third eye), while the eyes are closed.
3. Meditation with mantras. You repeat a word or phrase. The repetition and focusing on a mantra requires a lot of concentration.

Harmony
by Elton John
...Harmony and me
We're pretty good company
Looking for an island
In our boat upon the sea
Harmony, gee I really love you
And I wanna love you forever
Dream of the never, never
Never leaving Harmony
Hello, I said hello
Open up your heart and let your feelings flow
You're not unlucky knowing me
Keeping the speed real slow
Well, any case I set my own pace
By stealing the show, say hello, hello, no
Harmony and me
We're pretty good company
Looking for an island
In our boat upon the sea
Harmony, gee I really love you
And I wanna love you forever
Dream of the never, never
Never leaving Harmony
Harmony, Harmony
Harmony, oh Harmony
Harmony, oh Harmony
Harmony, oh Harmony
Legacy
